Our Venue

As you enter our 120 - acre property you will observe the breathtaking view of the Catskill Mountains. Exploring further you will see open meadows, tree lined walking paths and an amazing view of the Catskill Creek.

There are many options for your special day at Meadowbrook. The 5300 sf Patio hosts a 2400 sf Gable Style Tent with lighting & sliding side panels. In addition to the stunning event space itself, Meadowbrook will provide a variety of 10ft farm tables, as well as rounds. We will also provide the chairs as well as wood benches to compliment the tables. 

The property also boasts a stunning, newly constructed barn with white shiplap.  As you walk to the front of the barn you will see our large, covered porch area. The Barn is climate controlled to allow for the perfect temperature for your special day. For your convenience we have 4 restrooms located inside the barn to accommodate all of your guests needs. Directly in front of the barn you will have use of our large wood firepit with beautiful Adirondack chairs.

We commissioned a wonderful artist all the way from Kentucky to create our bar area made with an original old corn solo. Near the bar area we will provide bistro tables and chairs as well as wine barrels used as high tops. Outdoor lounge areas with comfortable furniture also features several fire pits to create just the right atmosphere.

Depending on the time of year you will have a view of our amazing Sunflower fields, To the right of the barn we have rows of Zinnias, Dahlias, Snapdragon's, Eucalyptus, and that's just to name a few.
